Who?

We are ...
We open up spaces for international and cross-sectoral exchange, collaboration, and co-creation for civil society actors who strengthen social cohesion and participation in Europe and beyond. Among them is MitMission, the annual gathering of the MitOst Network.

We build and host communities of civil society actors and practitioners. Among them are: MitOst Network, Civil Society Cluster at Bosch Alumni Network, the Toolbox community, and horizontal school.

We try new ideas and implement innovative methodologies and practices. One of our community-based and co-created products is the Toolbox for Citizens. In addition, Vidnova program was created as an immediate answer to Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

We design inclusive, participatory, and horizontal learning spaces and bridge capacities for individuals, teams, and organizations in the civil society sector and beyond. We offer various tailor-made trainings and qualification courses in our programs, and our training academy horizontal school.

We work shoulder to shoulder with individuals, teams, and organizations to help build stronger, more sustainable ecosystems of civil society. We believe in genuine partnerships that are trust-based and co-creative. We are connected to long-standing partners in Central, Eastern, and Southern Europe, the Caucasus, Northern Africa, and Asia.
